Faith-Integrated Counseling

Faith speaks to all of life’s deepest questions—about meaning, identity, and how we live in a fallen world with both joy and suffering. In counseling, I draw from my Christian faith as a framework that offers hope, truth, and a bigger picture of life.

For some, this might look like connecting biblical truths to everyday struggles and to grow in faith through trials. For others, it’s simply being met with grace and compassion and a space to wrestle honestly with doubts, struggles, and questions. Whether you would describe yourself as devout or skeptical, my goal is not to pressure or preach, but to create a thoughtful space where faith and real life can meet in ways that help you move forward towards your goals and a more meaningful life.
